WREATHS
When I made this wreath in our small Hoxton studio I wanted it to read like a comforting, circular embrace. The foundation is a thick, uninterrupted ring of snow-white cushion chrysanthemums, each bloom tucked tightly to form a plush, velvety surface that suggests calm and continuity. Nestled at the upper left, a flourishing spray of purple Eustoma (Lisianthus) brings a gentle, regal note - from fully opened, richly coloured violet blossoms with pale centres to slender lavender buds that promise further opening - their soft petals adding a velveteen texture against the crisp white. Intermingled are varied greens: broad glossy leaves with subtle variegation and feathery, fern-like fronds that soften the cluster and introduce natural rhythm. Underneath the white cushion, a fine, crinkled dark purple mesh or lace ribbon peeks out along the wreath's inner and outer edges, a discreet accent that harmonises with the Lisianthus and looks elegant when seen from the front or in profile. The photograph was taken in soft, studio light so a delicate shadow falls beneath the wreath, enhancing its form without drama. This is the kind of arrangement we might recommend for a service near Hoxton Square or Columbia Road when families seek something restrained, tactile and quietly consoling - a visual expression of sympathy that feels both tender and crafted with care.
HONORING MEMORY WREATH
£75.00
A thoughtful, dignified sympathy wreath is photographed against a crisp white background, its circular silhouette defined by an abundant mass of small white chrysanthemums tightly packed to create a plush, uninterrupted band. Each chrysanthemum head carries a halo of finely serrated petals that together form a velvet-like mantle, lending the piece a tactile softness you can almost feel. A delicate thread of muted purple netting or ribbon slips through the gaps around both the outer and inner edges, introducing a reserved line of colour that deepens the otherwise luminous white. Nestled on the upper-left arc, three soft yellow roses unfurl in gentle succession, their creamy tones suggesting care, friendship and warmth amid loss. These roses are encircled by sprigs of baby's breath, their tiny white blooms offering a lacy, clouded texture, while small clusters of lavender-hued statice provide punctuated bursts of quiet colour and a slightly papery contrast. Lush greenery - broad leaves with a satiny sheen and feathery fern tips - frames the focal cluster, giving the arrangement a living base and a sense of natural balance. The wreath's open centre and flawless round form evoke continuity and remembrance; the whole composition sits in soft, neutral lighting that reveals subtle shadows and the meticulous craftsmanship involved. As a local tribute suitable for services around Hoxton, Shoreditch Park or Old Street, this arrangement carries a calm, consoling presence and is intended to express sympathy, honour and enduring memory.
IN MY PRAYERS WREATH
£75.00
A delicately crafted circular wreath of fresh flowers fills the frame, set against a spotless white background that enhances its calm, refined beauty. The main body of the wreath is composed of dense sprays of Baby's Breath (Gypsophila), their countless tiny white blossoms forming a feathery, cloud-like cushion around the entire ring. Threaded through this soft texture are elegant Lisianthus flowers, each one a little study in contrast: crisp white petals edged and sometimes softly brushed with violet and lilac, the color deepening toward the ruffled outer edges. Some Lisianthus blooms are fully unfurled, revealing layered petals and darker, almost shadowy centers, while others remain in tight buds or half-open stages, tinged with pale green and creamy yellow, adding a suggestion of new life. The craftsmanship is meticulous, with the flowers placed so that the wreath looks full and balanced from every angle, yet never heavy. The open center provides a calm focal point, a gentle void that symbolizes continuity and the cycle of life, a shape often chosen for sympathy wreaths and funeral tributes. Imagined as a piece created for a farewell gathering at a small chapel near Hoxton Square or a quiet service for a family from De Beauvoir, this floral design radiates respect and tenderness. The color harmony of white and purple suggests peace, reverence, and loving memory, while the soft textures invite thoughts of early morning mist along the Regent's Canal. The even, neutral lighting ensures every floret and petal edge can almost be felt through description alone.
WARM EMBRACE WREATH
£70.00
An elegant memorial wreath captured in soft, even light: the main body is made up of tightly packed white chrysanthemums whose fine, repetitive petals create a plush, cloud-like ring representing purity and solace. Just beneath the surface white, a deep purple mesh or lace peeks through along the inner curve, giving the wreath a discreet depth and a touch of dignified colour. On the upper-left, a thoughtfully arranged cluster centers on a single cream-to-pale-yellow rose, its petals opening in a gentle, welcoming spiral. Surrounding the rose, layers of green - variegated leaves edged in paler tones and airy fern fronds - provide both contrast and an organic frame, while slender sprays of lavender-purple statice add a soft, whispering texture. Balancing this cluster on the right are two calla lilies placed from roughly two o'clock to five o'clock; their smooth, sculptural blooms show a graceful colour transition from a deep mauve or purple at the edges to a tender peach-pink nearer the throat, and their long green stems are woven into the chrysanthemum base to create a flowing arc. A single longer green stem crosses the lower portion of the wreath, secured out of sight, guiding the eye toward the callas and uniting the composition. Prepared with the care you might find from a local Hoxton maker, this wreath conveys calm, respect and lasting remembrance, suitable for a funeral service or graveside tribute in the Hoxton and Shoreditch area.
PEACEFUL WREATH
£75.00
Centered on a pristine white backdrop, this circular memorial wreath appears almost like a painted halo of roses and greenery, crafted with patient, loving care. The ring is densely packed with roses in a palette of gentle pastels: large ivory and creamy white blooms open wide, their layered petals forming soft, cupped rosettes, while delicate blush pink spray roses tuck into the gaps, some still closed and others only half unfurled. Here and there, buttery yellow and pale peach roses introduce a warm, candlelit tone, reminiscent of the soft glow you might notice through townhouse windows along Hoxton Street on a quiet evening. The design is anchored by distinctive dusty lavender and muted mauve roses, their slightly smoky hue giving the wreath a vintage, reflective character, as though it is holding stories and memories within its circle. Deep, glossy green ferns create a lush base beneath the blossoms, the fine fronds extending between the flowers and adding texture, dimension, and a sense of life to the arrangement. From a distance, the colours blend into a harmonious, soothing gradient; up close, each petal's gentle curl and subtle shading become visible, enhanced by soft, even lighting with minimal shadow. The perfectly round form suggests eternity and ongoing remembrance, making this wreath a thoughtful choice for a funeral, graveside service, or celebration of life in and around Hoxton. It feels like something a caring local florist would deliver with quiet respect, offering comfort when words are difficult to find.
FOND MEMORIES WREATH
£90.00
Suspended against a pristine white background, this deeply moving funeral wreath from a Hoxton florist intertwines delicate beauty with thoughtful symmetry. At the arrangement's heart, elegant white lilies bloom open-some nearly translucent under soft, indirect light, their long petals arching in graceful arcs that evoke quiet comfort. In contrast, a scattering of bold fuchsia lilies enlivens the composition, their star-shaped blossoms radiant with magenta hues, each dusted with darker speckles that draw the eye inward. Nestled among these dominant forms are smaller roses, painted in muted blush pinks and creamy whites, their tightly curled heads reminding one of gentle farewells and the tenderness of memory. Interlaced lightly between the blooms, muted green foliage hints at eucalyptus or lily leaves, their cool tones grounding the bright floral palette and providing a subtle sense of structure. The circle itself is solid and whole, with an open center that seems symbolic of everlasting connection-a visual echo of the continuity valued by Hoxton's community, from the Canal walkways to bustling local studios. The overall mood is one of dignified tribute, perfect for expressing compassion and respectful remembrance during memorial services or funerals in the heart of Hoxton. The craftsmanship and harmony speak of bespoke care and an understanding of local sentiment, delivering comfort and honour in equal measure.
IN MEMORIAM WREATH
£90.00
A plush, circular funeral wreath rests against a clean white background, its form defined by hundreds of small, snow-white spray chrysanthemums packed so closely they create a continuous, velvety ring. From the upper-left quadrant a vivid spray arcs outward: golden-yellow roses, fully open and soft to the touch, radiate a gentle warmth like late summer sunlight, paired with deep royal purple lisianthus whose satiny, ruffled cups provide a refined, cool counterpoint. Scattered unopened lisianthus buds in palest lavender and fresh green add a sense of life and transition, while varied greenery-broad glossy leaves, delicate fern fronds, and slender filler stems-lends depth and natural movement. Subtle details include a narrow dark purple mesh ribbon glimpsed beneath the chrysanthemums along both inner and outer edges, tying the composition back to the rich purple blossoms above. The overall effect is serene and respectful: the white base symbolises purity and peace, the yellow roses speak to remembrance and affection, and the purple lisianthus carries quiet dignity. Under soft, even lighting the textures of petals and foliage are clearly visible, the chrysanthemums forming a soft, cloud-like cushion that gently cradles the coloured spray. As a local tribute suitable for delivery across Hoxton and neighbouring Shoreditch or Old Street, the wreath balances simplicity and craftsmanship-an intimate, handcrafted expression of sympathy designed to honour a life with gentle colour and thoughtful detail.
ETERNAL LIGHT WREATH
£75.00
A beautifully composed circular funeral wreath stands out clearly against a crisp white backdrop, its calm palette of white and lilac creating a sense of quiet dignity suited to memorial services in Hoxton churches and chapels. The wreath is lavishly built around large white Oriental lilies, their satin-like petals curling softly outward to frame pale green throats and tall stamens tipped with warm brown anthers. Some flowers are fully open, revealing every detail, while others remain in elegant bud form, suggesting continuity and the gentle unfolding of a life story. Between these lilies nestle clusters of Lisianthus-like blooms, white with softly ruffled petals that fade into misty purple around the edges, as though brushed with watercolour. Tiny lavender fillers and cool-toned foliage weave through the design, including slender green leaves and bluish, eucalyptus-style sprigs that add depth and a subtle woodland fragrance. The greenery never dominates; it simply cradles the flowers, supporting the full, unbroken ring that symbolises eternity and enduring memory. The overall effect is of a cloud-like circle of blooms, tranquil yet expressive, as if capturing a moment of stillness beside the Regent's Canal on a peaceful day. Thoughtfully crafted by a florist who understands local Hoxton families and their traditions, this wreath feels appropriate for funerals, cremations, and celebration-of-life gatherings, whether placed beside a photograph, on a stand near the lectern, or by the entrance where guests quietly pause to remember and reflect.
ETERNAL AFFECTION WREATH
£80.00
Seen from a gently raised viewpoint against a clean white surface, this circular memorial wreath presents a composed study in contrast and comfort. The body is densely packed with immaculate white chrysanthemums, their many soft, feathered petals layered to create a plush, slightly domed band that suggests purity and remembrance; tiny creamy hints in the flower centres give the ring a touch of warmth beneath the cool white. Nestled at the upper-left, three intensely blue roses provide a solemn focal point - petals tightly formed, velvety to the eye, their cobalt saturation deepened by the surrounding dark-green foliage which cradles them. A pleated satin ribbon in matching deep blue borders both the outer and inner edges of the chrysanthemum ring, its glossy folds catching studio light and lending structure and a dignified sheen to the whole. The workmanship speaks of careful hand-assembly: stems wired and hidden, ribbon uniformly pleated, and foliage placed to create a gentle visual lift toward the blue roses. The effect is quietly noble, suited to funeral chapels, memorial services, or a respectful tribute left at a graveside. As prepared by Hoxton Florist for families around Hoxton and Shoreditch, this wreath is intended to convey solace and enduring memory, and its neutral studio lighting and soft shadow emphasize the arrangement's texture, scale, and soothing colour harmony without distraction.
MY ADMIRATION WREATH
£75.00
Set against a spotless white background, a perfectly round sympathy wreath is viewed from above, its floral ring forming an unbroken circle of remembrance. The design is built around generous, fully open roses in a sophisticated blend of dusty lavender, muted mauve, and soft grey-violet, each bloom displaying intricate spirals of petals that appear almost cloud-like in their softness. Nestled between these statement roses are clusters of petite blush-pink spray roses, scattered in small groups and single stems; some remain as shy buds, while others are just beginning to open, suggesting memories that are still tender. The entire arrangement is supported by a thick collar of deep, forest-green ferns, their fronds spreading outward in layers to create a feathery, textured backdrop. Dark, subtle filler leaves and tiny buds tucked between the flowers introduce gentle shadows and visual depth, so the wreath feels rich yet never overpowering. The illumination is calm and diffused, reminiscent of natural daylight filtering into a quiet Hoxton loft, bringing out the cooler lavender notes while keeping the pinks soft and affectionate. Emotionally, the piece balances solemnity with warmth, making it an appropriate funeral wreath for a service at a local chapel or for delivery to a home around Hoxton Square or Kingsland Road. The thoughtful colour harmony and precise placement of each stem speak of respectful craftsmanship, offering comfort and a sense of continuity to those gathered to honour a life well lived.
LOVING GRACE WREATH
£90.00
This memorial wreath presents a layered study in blue and white: a dense, circular field of deep blue chrysanthemum-like blooms creates a lush, tactile base, each tiny flower contributing to a plush, almost velour surface. A ruffled white satin ribbon traces the inner opening, its glossy pleats offering a subtle, comforting contrast against the intense blue and catching the room's soft, cool light. Anchoring the upper-left curve, three large blue roses unfurl in proud, velvety spirals-petals thick and richly pigmented, their presence both stately and tender. Around them, airy sprays of white gypsophila lift the arrangement, the baby's breath appearing like gentle breaths of cloud amid the saturated tones. A slender cascade of cream-white orchids flows from the mid-left down toward the lower-right, their elegant, sculptural petals imparting an ethereal rhythm across the wreath. Bright green orchid buds punctuate the cascade, some taut and spherical, others easing open-small signs of renewal threaded through a composition intended for remembrance. Dark glossy foliage tucked behind the roses and orchids grounds the wreath and heightens the jewel-like blues. As a local florist preparing tributes for Hoxton and nearby Shoreditch chapels, I think of how this arrangement conveys calm dignity: the deep blues speak to enduring memory, the white to purity and peace, and the satin ribbon to care and attention. Hoxton Florist would wrap and deliver this with delicate handling for a funeral, wake, or commemorative placement along Old Street or at a nearby crematorium service.
EXCEPTIONAL LIFE WREATH
£80.00
An open circular wreath of condolence flowers rests against a clean, white backdrop, its detailed craftsmanship immediately drawing the eye. The ring is completely covered in blooms, leaving only the serene hollow of the centre untouched, a quiet symbol of remembrance and unbroken love. White Oriental lilies dominate the design, their long petals curving outward, with soft ivory tones and a subtle sheen that catches the light, much like reflections on the pavements after a light rain on Hoxton Street. Rich fuchsia and deep pink lilies are interwoven among them, their striking colour and fine speckling adding contrast and emotional depth, suggesting both sorrow and gratitude for a life well lived. Around these focal flowers, blush pink roses and creamy white roses nestle closely together, some still in tight bud, promising beauty yet to unfold, and others open in full rosettes. White gerbera daisies, with their dark central discs, are placed thoughtfully throughout the wreath, bringing a fresh, contemporary feel that mirrors the stylish studios and cafés along Kingsland Road. Tiny white filler blooms form a soft cloud between the larger flowers, ensuring there are no gaps, only a continuous, comforting texture. A collar of deep and mid-green foliage frames the ring, adding structure and a natural sense of calm. The overall mood is one of gentle dignity, perfect for a funeral service, cremation tribute, or memorial gathering in and around Hoxton. This wreath feels like a quiet embrace, the kind of floral arrangement that a local Hoxton Florist would craft when families need a respectful, beautifully composed expression of sympathy and support.
LOVING MEMORY WREATH
£75.00
Displayed against a pristine white background, a lush circular wreath of red and lime green flowers appears almost to float, like a calm focal point at a memorial service in Hoxton. The wreath is built on a generous ring of foliage, with dark fern fronds and glossy leaves forming a deep green base that disappears beneath an abundance of blooms. Dominating the design are deep red carnations, their petals densely ruffled and softly curved, each flower unfolding in layers that resemble delicate fabric. Some blossoms are large and fully open, showing every frill, while smaller buds tuck between them, giving the arrangement a natural rhythm. Nestled throughout, bright lime green button chrysanthemums form compact, rounded mounds, their tightly packed petals offering a smooth, tactile contrast to the textured carnations. Their vivid chartreuse hue adds a fresh spark of colour, like new leaves in nearby Shoreditch Park in early spring. Scattered among the flowers, variegated pittosporum leaves introduce creamy edges and irregular patterns, breaking up the blocks of red and green with subtle, painterly strokes. Near the lower curve of the wreath, a soft green ribbon or braided leaf accent is looped into gentle curves, its striped shades of light and dark green echoing the surrounding foliage. The composition is perfectly circular and evenly balanced, with no single point dominating, suggesting unity and continuity. Lit with clean, even light, every detail-from the fine serrations of the ferns to the velvety carnation petals-is clearly visible. This wreath feels both traditional and contemporary, a fitting floral tribute for a funeral, cremation, or remembrance ceremony for families across Hoxton and the nearby Old Street and Shoreditch areas.
MY CONDOLENCES WREATH
£65.00
Set against a clear white background, this circular funeral wreath unfolds like a calm, floral embrace, each flower placed with intention. Two prominent Asiatic lilies in a rich coral-orange hue anchor the design, one opening at the upper curve of the ring, the other situated slightly lower on the opposite side, their broad petals and central stamens lending both strength and warmth. Between and around them, clusters of soft blush and lavender-pink roses gently overlap, their layered petals creating a sense of tenderness and grace. Interwoven among the roses are lisianthus blooms, some in delicate pale pink, others in a deeper, royal purple, their softly frilled edges adding movement and depth. Fine sprays of lavender-blue filler flowers glimmer through the arrangement, light and cloudlike, softening the bolder colours. The wreath rests on a lush collar of greenery: cool, silvery eucalyptus leaves, wispy fern fronds, and darker foliage mingle with architectural blue eryngium thistles, whose spiky forms introduce a subtle contemporary feel. Tucked near the focal lilies are unopened buds, symbolising life continuing beyond loss, as well as carefully folded bright green leaves that frame the blooms like elegant accents on a tailored garment. Photographed from directly above in diffused light, every detail is visible-the contrast of matte petals against glossy greens, the interplay of cool and warm tones. Created as a sympathy tribute suited to a memorial service in Hoxton, perhaps in a quiet venue near Hoxton Square or by the Regent's Canal, this wreath speaks of remembrance, heartfelt condolence, and the unbroken circle of love.
DEEPEST CONDOLENCES WREATH
£75.00
Captured from above, this elegant circular wreath appears almost weightless, as if resting on a pool of light. The entire ring is composed of countless tiny white Baby's Breath flowers, their minute blossoms packed closely together to form a continuous, cloud-soft band. The gypsophila creates a frothy, airy texture that feels both gentle and abundant, each floret catching faint shadows that give the wreath a subtle depth. The centre is left completely open, forming a clean, calm space framed by the white flowers. Anchoring the design in the lower right quadrant are two sophisticated calla lilies, their sculptural trumpet shapes adding a sense of movement. The petals start in a dramatic burgundy hue, edging into magenta before blending into muted green tones near the base, and their long, smooth green stems bend inward with a natural, flowing curve. The contrast between the deep, velvety colours of the callas and the soft white Baby's Breath is striking yet harmonious. The overall mood is tranquil and reflective, ideal for a funeral or celebration of life service in and around Hoxton, perhaps chosen for a farewell at a small gallery space or a home gathering off Old Street. As a florist who regularly prepares sympathy tributes for local families, I see this wreath as an expression of pure affection and quiet remembrance, a refined design that offers comfort without excess while still feeling contemporary enough for modern services across Hoxton and Shoreditch.
PURE LOVE WREATH
£70.00
A richly detailed circular sympathy wreath is pictured in sharp relief against a bright white backdrop, allowing every colour and contour to stand out. The arrangement forms a complete, unbroken ring of flowers, dominated by layers of roses in saturated magenta, vivid fuchsia, and gentle pastel pink. These roses range from tight, promising buds to fully unfurled blossoms whose velvety petals curl softly at the edges, creating a feeling of both life in motion and memories held close. Nestled among them are plush double lilies, their multi-layered petals opening like soft fans in tones of cream, blush, and pale peach, some kissed with slightly deeper pink at the tips. Here and there, slender, pointed lily buds in fresh lime-green peek through, signalling that the wreath will continue to evolve over time, just as grief slowly changes shape. The flowers sit on a generous bed of greenery, composed of deep green fern fronds that give a feathery, almost woodland texture, along with glossy leaves that catch the light and add depth. The contrast between the dark foliage and the warm, romantic pinks is heightened by the clean white background, so the wreath appears almost to float in space. Crafted in a style familiar to anyone who has visited a local Hoxton florist near the Regent's Canal or Columbia Road on a Sunday, this design carries a quiet elegance. It would be a fitting floral tribute for a funeral or remembrance service in Hoxton, Shoreditch, or nearby churchyards, offering comfort, beauty, and a visual symbol of enduring love.
SPIRITED GRACE WREATH
£95.00
FOREVER LOVED WREATH
£95.00
A substantial circular funeral wreath is photographed against a clean, white background, its colours and textures standing out with striking clarity. The entire ring is tightly woven with deep red roses and sunny yellow chrysanthemums, forming a complete, unbroken circle with an open centre that feels symbolic of continuity and eternal remembrance. The roses are the dominant presence: generous-headed blooms with velvety petals, some a classic ruby red, others shading into darker burgundy tones, each one opened just enough to show its beautiful spiral without losing its structure. Between these, clusters of button-like yellow chrysanthemums nestle comfortably, their many fine, thread-like petals giving a soft, almost feathery look that contrasts with the smooth curves of the roses. Surrounding and supporting the flowers is a rich collar of greenery. You can see broad, dark green leaves with a slight sheen that catch the light, likely salal or similar foliage, interspersed with slimmer, more muted grey-green sprigs that hint at eucalyptus. Together they give the wreath body and depth, a little like the layered, leafy borders you might notice along the quieter residential streets off Hoxton Street or near Shoreditch Park. The overall effect is polished yet organic, dignified but not overly formal. It feels like a carefully considered tribute crafted by a florist who understands both the solemnity of funerals and the desire to bring comfort and colour to a farewell. This red and yellow wreath would sit beautifully at a memorial service in Hoxton, a crematorium chapel, or a graveside gathering, offering a vivid, tender expression of love, respect, and shared memories.
HEARTFELT CONDOLENCES WREATH
£85.00
PEACE AND PRAYERS WREATH
£90.00
Set against a bright, uncluttered white background, this carefully crafted funeral wreath takes the form of a classic lifebuoy, turning a practical maritime symbol into a moving floral tribute. The circular frame is completely concealed beneath hundreds of tightly packed blooms, likely small chrysanthemum heads, so that the texture appears almost like soft fabric rather than individual flowers. The design is thoughtfully quartered: two opposing segments glow with rich royal blue petals, while the alternating sections shimmer in clean, snowy white. The blue quadrants feel deep and contemplative, the tiny petals overlapping like gentle waves on the Thames, while the white areas introduce balance, purity, and an air of calm reflection. The inner opening of the ring is bordered by a neat frill of dark blue ribbon, tucked and pleated around the circle, which quietly reinforces the impression of a life ring without overpowering the flowers themselves. There is a sense of order and symmetry in the way each bloom has been placed, echoing the precision and care often associated with maritime life. From the perspective of a local Hoxton florist, this arrangement would feel at home at a memorial gathering near Shoreditch Park or along the canal, honouring someone who loved the water, served in the navy, or was known for guiding others through difficult times. The cool blue and white palette, enhanced by the neutral background, creates an atmosphere of solemn respect, offering comfort and a symbolic promise of safe harbour in a time of farewell.
COMPASSIONATE WREATH
£75.00
A striking, circular sympathy wreath arranged flat against a plain white backdrop, combining pristine cream-coloured roses with soft, pale yellow lilies and a rich bed of greenery. The roses - around a dozen to a dozen-and-a-half larger blooms - present classic, tightly layered petals that radiate a soft ivory light, while the lilies, some open in elegant trumpet forms and others in bud, introduce slender arcs and the faintest lemon tone. Interwoven foliage of deep green ferns creates a feathery frame, and shorter stems of rounded leaves, likely eucalyptus, add varied greens and a cool, slightly silvered texture that pushes the lighter flowers forward visually. Viewed from above, the wreath's dense packing gives it a luxurious, solemn weight without excess; the balance of flower to foliage has been chosen to read clearly in a funeral setting, gravestone tribute, or chapel display. The scent is described as soft - a gentle sweetness from the roses with a green, fresh lift from the lilies and eucalyptus, an unobtrusive fragrance appropriate to moments of reflection. As a local floral designer I place emphasis on proportion and respectful tone; this piece was conceived to hold space for remembrance and to comfort those gathered. Hoxton Florist prepares similar wreaths for same-day delivery across Hoxton, Old Street and nearby Shoreditch, with careful handling to preserve bloom posture and fragrance for services and memorials.
